TERMS OF SERVICE — BALTICAMP ONLINE STORE

Effective date: April 21, 2026

§1. General Provisions

The online store available at shop.balticamp.eu is operated by BALTICAMP.
These Terms of Service govern the rules for using the Store, placing orders, delivery, payment, and complaints.
Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

§2. Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A valid order requires the order form to be completed correctly.
After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirmation. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of incorrect data or unavailability of the product.

§3. Prices & Payments

All prices in the Store are gross prices (VAT included) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN).
The Seller reserves the right to change product prices, introduce new products, and run or cancel promotions.
Available payment methods are indicated during the checkout process.

§4. Delivery

Delivery is available within the Republic of Poland and all European Union countries.
Delivery times and costs are indicated in the Store and may vary depending on the chosen delivery method.
The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer upon handover to the carrier.

§5. Personal Data The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

§6. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Disputes arising from contracts concluded through the Store shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Seller's registered address, subject to consumer protection provisions.
