REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Effective date: April 21, 2026

1. Right of Withdrawal Under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Polish law (Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us by email at shop@balticamp.eu or in writing to our registered address.

2. Returning Goods You must return the goods no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Goods must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in original packaging, and without signs of use.

3. Refund We will process your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of their return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

• made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised,
• that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

5. Complaints & Warranty The seller is liable for physical and legal defects of goods under the statutory warranty provisions of the Polish Civil Code. To file a complaint, contact us at shop@balticamp.eu with a description of the defect and supporting photos.

Complaints are handled within 14 days of submission.
