- Selected European and other countries, where available at checkout
If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.
3. Order Processing Time Order processing time includes preparation and handover to the carrier. Standard processing time is 3–14 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Custom, personalised, or temporarily unavailable items may require additional time — this will be communicated individually.
4. Delivery Time Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Poland: 3–7 business days
- EU countries: 3–14 business days
- Other countries: as indicated by the carrier or agreed individually
These are estimated times and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Costs depend on the destination country, package dimensions and weight, chosen delivery method, and product type. Orders with non-standard dimensions or high weight may be quoted individually.
6. Delivery Methods Orders are delivered via courier companies, logistics operators, or pallet/freight transport for larger or non-standard items. Available methods are shown at checkout.
7. International Shipments, Customs & Taxes For international orders, the customer may be responsible for additional costs such as customs duties, import VAT, or administrative fees applicable in the destination country. These costs are borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. The seller is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures or local regulations.
8. Parcel Inspection & Customer Responsibility Customers should inspect the parcel upon delivery. If damage is found, we recommend preparing a damage report in the presence of the courier (if possible), taking photos, and contacting us immediately. This will help speed up any claims process.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. The seller is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address data. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect data, refusal, or non-collection, re-shipping may incur an additional fee.
10. Delivery Failure If delivery proves impossible for reasons beyond the seller's or carrier's control, the customer will be notified promptly. The seller may offer an alternative delivery method, extend the fulfilment time with the customer's consent, or issue a refund if fulfilment is not possible.
